1. Digital Products – Video Modules

All digital purchases, including our video course modules, are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

However, if you are unsatisfied or believe the content did not meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 7 days. We’re committed to listening and will do our best to support you – whether that’s through guidance, clarification, or another solution that aligns with your goals.

2. Physical Products – Cards, Notepads, Book

For tangible items such as Family Showdown, Letters from Home or A Fathers Daughter:

  • Refunds or exchanges may be considered if the item is damaged, defective, or not as advertised.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Return courier/postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was ours.

  • Please note, as these are affordable items, we do not absorb return shipping fees.

3. 1-on-1 Coaching & Team Building Sessions

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling at no cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • We understand that life happens – please communicate with us as early as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible.
